This site is all about brainstorming in a practical way. They have areas for different in person brainstorming sessions that are being run and forums for discussing the art of brainstorming. They also have an area where they are experimenting with using forums in Moodle in different ways to facilitate structured brainstorming on-line. You can learn by creating an account and getting involved in the discussions and seeing how they work.
